After some preliminary research of the systems on the market, Vertical Communications (formerly Artisoft) highly recommended Blue Chip as an exceptional dealer to work with. Blue Chip answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us a live in-depth demo of this truly amazing phone system. Blue Chip worked within our budget and timeframe, and initially installed and configured an 8 line 8 station system for our new customer service call center. Over the past 3 years, we have expanded to 32 lines and 48 stations across 5 departments including several off site employees. Blue Chip’s response time for both providing additional equipment and support has been among of the best I have ever seen in the computer/telephone industry.
